In addition to the youth director and pastors, the reason Life Teen works is because of a very dedicated group of volunteers called the Core Team. Core members are Catholic adults who devote their time and energy by being present to the needs of teens in a loving and giving way. They plan and execute the Life Nights and retreats, as well as grow in relationship and support of the teens.
